Former Senior Director of Global Business Development at Bionano, Yannick played a central role in transitioning Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) from research into clinical diagnostics across EMEA and globally. His market access and commercialization strategy contributed to a fivefold increase in the installed base, a fourfold increase in consumables usage, and revenue growth from $4M to $16M over three years.
Yannick has built and led international business development teams, structured and managed KOL networks as commercial and regulatory levers, and supported over 40 laboratory-developed tests (LDTs). He also spearheaded European reimbursement initiatives and contributed to the inclusion of novel genomics technologies into clinical guidelines.
Beyond clinical diagnostics he developed new growth opportunities in biopharma and cell & gene therapy, establishing strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies and CDMOs, opening new revenue streams.
