Hervé is the Founder and CEO of Vim Vitae Consulting, bringing 30+ years of executive experience in building and scaling commercial operations for life sciences companies. His career uniquely combines deep operational expertise with corporate finance mastery, including M&A, divestitures, integrations, and turnarounds across both multinational corporations and start-ups.
He has driven over $400M in commercial success across EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and North America, with full P&L responsibility for businesses valued at $120M in publicly listed companies. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Hervé pioneered the mRNA business from zero to $700M, establishing strategic partnerships with BioNTech and CureVac that positioned the company for breakthrough growth during COVID-19.
As a former General Manager with Finance Director credentials (KPMG), Hervé brings rare dual expertise: the strategic vision to identify transformative opportunities and the operational discipline to execute complex commercial builds, integrations, and market entries.
